Float Operated Level Transmitter :
This is more reliable techniques for continuous level indication and controlling of any liquid chemically compatible with transducer materials and unaffected by the pressure, Temperature, Viscosity or electrical conductivity and float is designed and manufactured for various liquids (Different Sp.Gravity) for smooth operation and temperature.
Construction & Working :
This transmitter consists of chamber and float assembly in non magnetic material to achieve undisturbed flux. A chain of reed switches and resisters mounted on the P C B and placed inside the chamber. A powerful magnetic float glides over a chamber. As the level rises the float moves & actuates the chain of reed switches through a magnet system and develops the proportional change in resistance. The sensed resistance is fed to the transmitter and located in flame proof or weather proof enclosure for conversion to signal of 4-20 mA.
